Safe, Reliable, and Efficient Motor

Our compressor adopts a unique low-speed motor with a protection
grade of IP 23 or IP 55 and insulation grade F. It is suitable for harsh
working conditions, has high balance precision, and runs smoothly at
high speed.

Unique Heat Removal and Cooling System

Our screw compressors use an advanced design, harmonic radiator
that effectively increases the heat dissipation area, runs faster, and
smoother. The heat exchange effect of the same area is 30% higher
than that of traditional coolers. Even in the Asia-Pacific region with
high temperature and high humidity, the normal operation of the unit
can be guaranteed.

Flexible Coupling Direct Driven

The direct connection structure of our air compressor has no looseness
and achieves 100% transmission efficiency. This design results in low
maintenance costs, easy disassembly, and greatly reduces downtime.
The maintenance of the air end only needs to disassemble the air end,
and the motor maintenance only needs to disassemble the motor,
which does not affect each other.

Intelligent Microcomputer Control System

Our compressor adopts an intelligent control system that ensures fully
automated intelligent operation. The system can detect exhaust
pressure, temperature, and other field data, and control the exhaust
pressure within the preset pressure range through the intake valve, so
as to output stable pressure.
