 Oil-free High Efficiency Air End 
Pure air, pure gas, zero pollution. Airpessa researched and designed the
industry-leading screw air end with no oil. The main screw engine and air
pipes are made of 304 and 316 stainless steel corrosion-resistant materials.
 High-efficiency Permanent Magnet Synchronous Rare Earth Motor 
By employing variable speed drive technology, according to the air demand, optimize energy consumption by the inverter to adjust the motor’s speed significant energy savings 35%. Compared with ordinary asynchronous motor, the efficiency of highefficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor (EPM) is increased by 7%. Especially, it can maintain strong torque output at low speed.
 Flexible Coupling Direct Driven 
The direct connection structure of our air compressor has no looseness
and achieves 100% transmission efficiency. This design results in low
maintenance costs, easy disassembly, and greatly reduces downtime.
The maintenance of the air end only needs to disassemble the air end,
and the motor maintenance only needs to disassemble the motor,
which does not affect each other.
 Intelligent Microcomputer Control System 
Our compressor adopts an intelligent control system that ensures fully
automated intelligent operation. The system can detect exhaust
pressure, temperature, and other field data, and control the exhaust
pressure within the preset pressure range through the intake valve, so
as to output stable pressure.
 
															Oil-free Air End Technology
 
															Airpessa water-lubricated single-screw air compressor is an oil-free air compressor series that uses water as cooling, seals and lubricants fundamentally solve the production process requirements and environmental problems caused by oil products pollution problem.
Compared with other oil-free air compressors, it has a simple and compact structure: low speed, Low vibration and noise, low exhaust temperature, high thermal efficiency, stable and reliable performance, excellent specific power, etc. The advantage is the development trend of new oil-free machines.
Its working principle is through the compressor. The pressure difference generated by itself continuously injects lubricating water into the compression chamber and bearings during the compression process.
This design has the following characteristics:
- The injected lubricating water can form a certain stiffness between the rotor, star wheel and
 casing. The water film and star wheel are directly driven by the main rotor.
- The water directly cools the self-lubricating bearings at both ends of the star wheel. The
 injected water can achieve air-tightness, which is better than that of ordinary dry screw
 compressors.
- Lubricating water can absorb a large amount of compression heat, improve compression
 efficiency, and avoid rotor friction or jamming due to different thermal expansion coefficients
 between the star wheel and the casing.
- Lubricating water can also reduce noise caused by high-frequency compression.
